First time here visiting from Texas and I must say the atmosphere here is fantastic. I love the theme of trains and even more cool that you can sit in an actual train cart to enjoy your Stoby. If you want other things to eat they offer a variety of other sandwiches and burgers.

First time eating here for lunch following some family courthouse business. Absolutely earns is reputation as a great place to eat. Our group of four had a fantastic lunch here, with varied choices that were all great. We could see why this restaurant has been so popular for so long. A great experience from wait staff to food quality and taste. We'll be back!

This restaurant was a real gem. My sister and I were traveling through and noticed the restaurant was an old train car. We were immediately intrigued. The food was absolutely delicious and large portion sizes for the price. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. You even get to ring an old train whistle if you want!!!

The restaurant in itself has a train atmosphere. With various different decorations and has a railroad dining car on one side of the building. At the Russellville location as I haven't been to Conway, they will sometimes have the train running that goes around on an elevated track on the ceiling. The staff and waitresses are very courteous and will check up on you repeatedly, but not so much that they are a nuisance. It's very warm and welcoming. The food is good. They have a staple of their cheese sauce and chips and the cheese sauce is done just right. It's not dry and sticky or gooey. It's not too runny either. I had the Ruben and my son had their burger. Their fries are exceptional. Before on another visit I did have their chicken quesadilla which I'll admit was a little bland. But overall it was a good experience and we'll definitely be back. We did get their peanut butter pie which is light and a whipped texture. It has a little bit of chocolate in it and it was very good.

I cut the corner going to the gym and saw the rail car on the side of the restaurant. I thought "Well you don't see that everyday, I should go over and investigate." I walked through the door and they had trains running across the ceiling and through the walls, it was like a scene from Inception (Trains inside of trains, I loved it) The grilled chicken sandwich plate has been perfected, with juicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and thick cut pepper bacon. Served with a side of fries and a delicious sweet tea it was the perfect solution to a hot day. Tala my waitress was a pleasure to talk to and a tremendous server (And she was better looking than the food I don't know how she does it). Stoby's was worth every penny and will be on my radar everytime I return to Russellville.

Perfect find in Conway! We were traveling through and so glad we stopped here! Christian music playing , Lexi our server was absolutely amazing! She’s such a sweet girl! The food is mind blowing! We had the bbq pita and man oh man was it so good!!!! Wish there was one of these in northwest Arkansas!!!

Stoby’s felt like home the second I walked in with my family! Taylor waited on us and Jordyn also checked on us. They were both very sweet! Stoby’s serves delicious food and awesome attitudes. Can’t wait to stop in again next time we’re passing through! BEST FRIES EVER TIP YOUR WAITRESSES!!!
